Realty Gold, Real Estate Trust Software Available

Realty Gold.net is the flagship product of the Real Estate trust accounting range available from Tenacity Software. However there are also many additional modules available.

The REALTY GOLD Trust Accounting software handles all trust account requirements for receipting, paying account sales settlements and landlords, and reconciling and printing monthly reports. This package includes both rentals and sales and has no upper limit to the number of names in the files. The software is available as either a Single User version for a single, stand-alone computer, or a Multi User version to be used on a network.

The Commercial Debtors module is designed for agents managing Commercial Properties and wishing to produce Tax Invoices (for monthly rent, monthly outgoings or other outgoings such as Council rates as required), tenant statements, financial statements for landlords and maintain a debtors ledger of outstanding invoices.

The Accommodation Diary is a complete diary system for booking holiday properties, caravan parks and other temporary accommodation. It integrates into the Realty Gold Trust Accounting system to allow receipting of holiday rent, then payment to landlords and creditors. The diary can be set up for your own specific area requirements eg, different high season for the winter ski season or seaside locations. Properties can be searched by specific features (eg. sleeps 6, close to beach, allows pets) or for a required date range.

The Salesperson's Commission module is designed to allow allocation of the total commission per sale property to different listing or selling sales staff by percentage or dollar value. Each sales staff can have a default commission percentage or value for both listing commission and selling commission, although these defaults can be over-written for any one sale.

21/12/2019 - Christmas Closing Dates

Happy Holidays! We will be closed from Friday 20th December and will re-open on Monday 13th January.

18/12/2019 - Support contracts for 2020

Support contracts for 2020 have been sent by email.

01/07/2019 - Single Touch Payroll

Single Touch Payroll (STP) commences 1st July for all employers with 20 or more employees. With fewer than 20, the commencement has been extended until September 2019.

27/06/2019 - End of Year emails

Emails with End of Year instructions have been sent to each customer. If you did not get one, please email suport.

07/02/2019 - Madison joins the team

Madison has joined the Tenacity team and will be concentrating on administration tasks and Debtors Collection.

16/05/2018 - Payroll Upgrade

The Federal Government has announced Individual tax rate changes effective 1st July 2018. Those customers running the Payroll system will require an upgrade.

26/06/2017 - Payroll Upgrade

An upgrade for the Payroll module for new tax rates commencing 1st July 2017 is available now. Emails have been sent to all customers who are affected by this upgrade.

26/06/2017 - End of Year info

Emails will be going out commencing 26th June 2017 for End of year processing instructions for Real Estate and Accounting clients. Look out for these emails on 26th and 27th June and contact us if you have not received them by 27th June.

20/01/2017 - Support Site upgrade to SSL

The Tenacity support website has now been upgrade to a secure SSL site, so the full address is now https://www.tenacity.net.au, ensuring all your information and passwords are secure.

09/01/2017 - Office Damaged

Please bear with us while our office, damaged in the storms over Christmas, are being refurbished and all equipment replaced.

28/09/2016 - New Tax Rates

The ATO has now announced new tax rates effective 01/10/2016. All clients running the Payroll software will require an upgrade. Emails have been sent to these customers with all the details.

01/07/2016 - Customer Website

All help files, upgrade and support contract details have been moved to the Customer Only website at www.tenacity.net.au.

21/04/2016 - Helen joins the team
