Tenacity Software history
TENACITY SOFTWARE is the continuation of a business first established in 1966 by Norman Longmuir with the purpose of providing computing services to a variety of companies.
During 1984-1985 a firm of Real Estate Agents in Melbourne with some twenty regional offices approached the company with the idea of using the company’s super mini computer to provide on-line services to each of these offices. After some initial trials it became obvious that the most economic way to provide those services was, in fact, to install micro computers in the offices rather than use on-line services. To this end, a system was developed for micro computers.
When it became clear that the system attracted significant interest, the Estate Agents Board in Victoria was asked to perform an audit to see if they were satisfied that the system conformed with the required regulations. The system received a clean bill of health and as a result the company commenced to market the system extensively in Victoria and Tasmania.

REALTY GOLD.net 10.00 is the tenth generation of the initial system and is a full Windows version for the Microsoft Dot Net framework.
Tenacity Software specializes in accounting system for small to medium sized businesses with particular emphasis on Real Estate and Property Management. However because of the vast experience gained in many industries over many years the company continues to service clients outside Real Estate where specialised programming services or an in depth knowledge of operating systems, networks or computer communications are required.

21/12/2019 - Christmas Closing Dates
Happy Holidays! We will be closed from Friday 20th December and will re-open on Monday 13th January.
Support contracts for 2020 have been sent by email.
Single Touch Payroll (STP) commences 1st July for all employers with 20 or more employees. With fewer than 20, the commencement has been extended until September 2019.
Emails with End of Year instructions have been sent to each customer. If you did not get one, please email suport.
Madison has joined the Tenacity team and will be concentrating on administration tasks and Debtors Collection.
The Federal Government has announced Individual tax rate changes effective 1st July 2018. Those customers running the Payroll system will require an upgrade.
An upgrade for the Payroll module for new tax rates commencing 1st July 2017 is available now. Emails have been sent to all customers who are affected by this upgrade.
Emails will be going out commencing 26th June 2017 for End of year processing instructions for Real Estate and Accounting clients. Look out for these emails on 26th and 27th June and contact us if you have not received them by 27th June.
The Tenacity support website has now been upgrade to a secure SSL site, so the full address is now https://www.tenacity.net.au, ensuring all your information and passwords are secure.
Please bear with us while our office, damaged in the storms over Christmas, are being refurbished and all equipment replaced.
The ATO has now announced new tax rates effective 01/10/2016. All clients running the Payroll software will require an upgrade. Emails have been sent to these customers with all the details.
All help files, upgrade and support contract details have been moved to the Customer Only website at www.tenacity.net.au.
